The report button for chapters is found below the chapter selector

Reports Types

Report Reason	Description
Credit page in the middle of a chapter	Credit Pages are only allowed to be put on the beginning and/or end of a chapter. If you notice it anywhere else, report it and mention the page the misplaced .
Duplicate upload from same user/group	Sometimes, a chapter appears to have been uploaded multiple times. Likely the result of a loading error. Report the later upload and provide links to the original.
Extraneous political/race-baiting/offensive content	Unless it was explicitly part of the chapter itself, any political content is forbidden, as it likely results in huge arguments that have nothing to do with the chapter. Same with offensive content. If you notice it, report it immediately, even if you agree with the statement made.
Fake/Spam chapter	If the chapter is not actually a proper chapter, outside the official test manga, or is an ad disguised as a chapter, then report it with this option.
Group lock evasion	Uploads by groups need to be properly linked to the group. If a chapter is uploaded not linked to the group, either by not linking it at all or by linking it to a fake copy of the group, it is to be reported with this function. It also applies when the Group in question has been banned for Rulebreaking behaviour.
Images not loading	If you notice an image not loading, first try to check if it isn't a loading error on your end. Reload the page and also try cleaning your cache, before reporting it. If the error consistently persists afterwards, make a report with the offending pages.
Incorrect chapter number	If the chapter number does not correspond with the chapter number either inside the chapter or on the raws, report this, give the correct chapter number and the source of the information.
Incorrect group	Similar to Group Lock Evasion, except if the uploader should've been able to normally upload for the group, either by being a member of it or the group having anyone as their upload permission.
Incorrect or duplicate pages	If you notice a page not fitting or appearing twice (Does not apply if there is a double-spread version of the same page) report with the offending page number/-s.
Incorrect or missing chapter title	If the chapter has a title in the raw and it is either false or missing, report it here with the correct title. Some Manga don't have chapter titles, do not report it then.
Incorrect or missing volume number	If the volume number either is "No Volume" or doesn't correspond to the volume number the official raw of the manga has, report it with the correct number. Ideally, report all the applicable chapters in one report instead of every chapter individually.
Missing pages
Naming rules broken	Refer to Community Guidelines Rule 1.4, additional Information on the respective pages for the Japanese, Korean and Chinese romanization guides
Official release/RAW	Uploading official releases and RAWs is completely forbidden on Mangadex due to that being an easy way for the site to be noticed negatively by the original publishers.

Uploaded on wrong manga
Watermarked images	This report reason is for Watermarks that either belong to Aggregator sites or to Watermarks that cover a majority of the page and thus harm the reading experience. Small watermarks belonging to the translation group do not apply for that.
