How about something like:
Offensive:
Slurs or derogatory terms and explicit images are prohibited, regardless of use of alternate typography, phonetic equivalences, etc. May require subjective decisions on the part of the staff; these decisions are final.
Spambot:
Use of MangaDex socials for the express promotion of goods, services, or websites is forbidden. Individuals and groups may mention and link to outside products or websites in normal conversation subject to MangaDex rules and terms, but staff have the right to remove links/posts and/or ban accounts if they believe their purpose is primarily commercial.
Other:
